The customer is a widely-used AI chatbot across online shops in Europe.
The idea was to customize the Salesforce and introduce customized widgets, including custom messages, sliders, CTAs, and profile widgets, all of which weren’t available out of the box.

Our solution
Starting with discovery sessions, we dived into Salesforce and Ultimate platforms. After a series of workshops, the Red Rocket team came up with an indicative timeline & cost estimation breakdown: min/max estimates, assumptions, and risks.
After completing R&D, we created a plugin consisting of two files (the first file is the plugin logic, and the second one is styling messages based on the developed logic).
